It was mostly worn by Muslim women’s but now every lady wants to rock this attire for weddings or any auspicious occasion. There is a slight difference between Sharara suits and Gharara Suits. Gharara suits have long loose payjama with embellishments on it of stone, diamond or zari work. They look similar to Palazzo suits but the ghararas have some kind of embellishments on it. Long Side Slit Kurtas or Anarkali Kurtas are worn on this payjamas. Kurtas are also heavily embroidered. Whereas Sharara Suits have payjamas that are fitted from waist to knee and then there is a thick band mostly of silver gota lace, right above the knees where the cloth is gathered resulting in a beautiful flare till the toes.

During the Mughal era, pure gold and silver work was used to decorate these ensembles for a regal look. They are mostly made from silk, chiffon, velvet and net materials. These ethnic styles are adorned with intricate zari, thread, sequins, stones, zardozi and beads work.

With flattering silhouettes and feminine cuts, the voguish duo embodies sassiness and are back to take the ethnic fashion world by storm.
